The Builders Fellowship
A fellowship for entrepreneurs, innovators, creators, and leaders who build solutions that help people and strengthen communities.
Build Solutions. Build Businesses. Build Nations.
What you get
Six weeks of building, then Demo Day in week 7.
You join a cohort of people who are serious about shipping real work—not just talking about ideas. You spend six weeks building. In week 7, you present what you made.
Who it is for
People who already care about execution:
- Entrepreneurs building products or services
- Innovators testing new approaches to hard problems
- Creators turning ideas into useful work
- Leaders who want their projects to serve communities, not only themselves
If your goal is to improve lives and strengthen communities through what you build, this fellowship is for you.
How the program runs
- Weeks 1–6 — Build with the cohort. Focus on progress you can show.
- Week 7 — Demo Day — Present your solution, business, or project.
The structure is short on purpose. You leave with something finished enough to show—not a stack of notes.
Where to find the event
The Builders Fellowship lives on Our Innovation, the free learning platform founded by Fowobi (host of The African Man Podcast).
Details, dates, and how to join are on the site:

Why this matters
Talk is cheap. Building is hard. A fixed timeline and a public Demo Day force clarity: what are you making, who does it help, and can you show it?
That same standard sits behind The African Man Podcast and African Peoples Club—do the work, then help others do the same.
