- Membership and billing records — plan tier, subscription status, and Stripe customer or subscription IDs needed to keep access in sync. We do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us — contact form submissions, partnership inquiries, and support emails.
- Usage data — pages visited and basic device or browser information, if you accept analytics cookies.
- Technical logs — server and security logs that help us operate and protect the site.
How we use information
- Provide episodes, membership access, and account features.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Respond to messages and support requests.
- Improve the site and understand reach (only with analytics consent).
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies for sign-in and site operation. Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics cookies. If you reject analytics, the site still works; we simply do not load Google Analytics.
Subprocessors
These companies process data on our behalf to run the product. We do not show SOC 2, ISO, or similar compliance badges for our own product until we have a current report that supports them.

Payments
Membership payments go through Stripe Checkout. Card details are handled by Stripe. See also our Security page for how payments and member access are protected.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with the subprocessors above as needed to run the service, and when required by law or to protect the platform and our users.
Retention
We keep account and membership records while your account is active and as long as needed for billing, support, security, and legal requirements. Contact form messages are kept as needed to respond and follow up.
Your choices
- Accept or reject analytics cookies (banner or controls on this page).
- Update or delete account information by contacting us.
- Cancel a membership through Stripe’s billing tools or by contacting support.
Children
This service is not directed at children under 16. Do not create an account if you are under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date below will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
