I also built it so it is not dependent entirely on Airbnb. The underlying business system can work with Airbnb, Vrbo, direct bookings, furnished rentals, or multiple booking channels. I deliberately included a Compliance Calendar and Property Launch Checklist, because STR operators need to verify local zoning, permits, registrations, taxes, HOA/condo restrictions, lease permission, insurance and safety requirements rather than assuming a property can legally become a short-term rental. The spreadsheet management system encountered a generation issue in this run, so I did not put a broken XLSX into the customer download. The DOCX and PDF are complete, and the PDF was rendered and checked.
